Join COS for morning birding at Bill Jarvis Migratory Bird Sanctuary. This 10-acre hotspot packs diverse habitats including woodland, savanna, and wetland. The trip leader will equip you with learning the basics of birding to get you ready for the upcoming Urban Birding Festival. The majority of our time will be spent at the Sanctuary’s Viewing Platform searching for resident and migratory bird species. Our remaining time together will be allocated for a quick walk around the Jarvis trail and a peek out at the lake. Loaner binoculars will be available.
