Join COS for a bird walk at Marquette Park that will also highlight some of the park's botanical treasures and their importance to birds. This massive park features extensive lagoons, edge habitats, and an incredibly rare remnant prairie that make it a haven for all manner of species. We'll seek out migrating warblers, sparrows, and thrushes while scanning the lagoons for heron and duck species. Beginning birders welcome and loaner binoculars will be available.
