Montrose Point Bird Walk

  • Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary United States (map)

David Rupp of IndiGo Birding Nature Tours will lead a relaxed bird walk around the famous Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary, dunes, and beach area. Mid-September is the peak of migration for many songbirds, some of which stop on the property as they migrate along the lakefront. The mix of habitats means warblers, shorebirds, and more! All levels of birders are welcome.

Leaders: David Rupp

You must RSVP in advance! Pre-registration is required. Please contact David Rupp (david@indigobirding.com) or Aerin Tedesco (aerintedesco@gmail.com) at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend or with questions.
