Wood Dale Reservoir and Salt Creek Marsh Bird Walk

  • Wood Dale Reservoir Wood Dale, IL, 60191 United States (map)

We'll look for shorebirds in Salt Creek Marsh and in Wood Dale Reservoir. Salt Creek forms a series of shallow pools here that can be good for shorebirds in late summer. Wood Dale reservoir is known as a good stop for shorebirds, gulls and terns. The willows along the Salt Creek Marsh trail also provide good songbird habitat.
