Humboldt Park Bird Walk

  • Humboldt Park 1400 N Humboldt Dr Chicago, IL, 60622 United States (map)

Come with us to explore some of the 207 acres of beautiful Humboldt Park, which include a variety of natural areas and habitats. Mid-May will be prime time for migrating warblers. We can expect Nashville Warbler, Black-and-white Warbler, American Redstart, and many surprises! You never know who will turn up in this enticingly green urban hotspot. We'll also look for breeding birds that set up shop in the park, including Barn Swallows, Killdeer, Eastern Kingbirds, and Northern Flickers. Beginning birders are welcome and we will have extra binoculars available.
