Get to know Humboldt Park, which serves as an oasis for migrating birds making their way through the city of Chicago. We'll look for migrating sparrows and early spring warblers among the park's natural areas and we'll watch for nesting behavior of the park's early breeding birds, such as Barn Swallows and American Robins. Catch some early warblers and other songbirds, as well as ducks and waders in the excellent urban birding hotspot. Beginning birders are welcome and we will have extra binoculars available.
