Join Joel Greenberg and Carl Giometti for a bird walk at Big Marsh. We're going to be exploring the ongoing restoration work as well as talking about the natural history of the Calumet area.

We'll start at 7:30 am and meet at the Big Marsh parking lot. You can find the map here: https://goo.gl/wn4vSZ.  Drive to that red marker and you'll be there. Look for a gravel parking lot on the east side of that road.

Additionally, you can register your attendance at the Park District website.  By showing that birders take an interest in this area and use it for bird watching, we'll hopefully have more of a voice in how this area is managed.
