The Bird Conservation Network and the Chicago Park District invite birders to a presentation by Matthew Freer, the new Assistant Director of Landscape – Natural Areas, CPD. Matthew will discuss the park district’s citywide bird conservation work in the last few years, the basics of their Natural Areas expansion and anticipated improvements. There will be time for questions and discussion. The presentation will start at 2:45 p.m.
